As the President and Designated Partner, Rajat is responsible for Anthem’s wholly owned subsidiaries, Legato Health Technologies in India, Philippines, and other potential offshore and nearshore locations. Prior to joining Anthem, Rajat spent 20 years in various leadership roles including sourcing and vendor management, and technology at companies including McKesson, GE, and Tata Infotech. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Rajat holds an MBA degree in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation.
Mosur Saisekar (Sai) is responsible for accelerating Legato India’s transformation journey as a high-performing, world-class organization. Sai has over 30 years of diverse experience leading large organizations within India and the U.S. Prior to joining Legato, Sai was the Senior Vice President and Country Executive of Northern Operating Services Pvt. Ltd (Northern Trust), in India. He holds an MBA degree in Finance and Strategy from F W Olin School of Management at Babson College, Wellesley.
Nora leads Legato Philippines’ business expansion and steers its fast-growing workforce towards becoming a best-in-class Global Capability Center. Prior to Legato, Nora held leadership roles for over 30 years, notably as Country Manager of Headstrong Philippines Inc., CFO for Asia of James Martin+Co, and Undersecretary of the Department of Trade and Industry.
Nora completed her post-graduate studies in Strategic Business Economics and bachelor’s degree in Commerce. She was twice recognized in the 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World™.
John leads Legato Ireland’s strategy to build digital tools to simplify healthcare. Prior to joining Legato, John held senior technology leadership roles for over 20 years, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of the Data Value Hub. A Chartered Engineer, John holds an MBA degree in Technology Management and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
Al is responsible for driving Legato’s growth strategies, customer acquisition and onboarding, and strengthening relationships with all Legato clients. Before joining Legato, he worked for Deloitte Consulting advising clients on how to design and execute transformation agendas using global operating models. Al brings more than 20 years of global experience building and leading sales and customer service operations for insurance and financial services companies to Legato.
Al holds an MBA degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Shantha Maheswari comes with more than 25 years of diverse business and technology leadership experience and has been responsible for leading innovation, talent and growth with a deep focus on client value, profitability and people. Prior to joining Legato, Shantha was the Industry and Functions Business Group Managing Director at Accenture India.
Shantha is a Certified Leadership Coach from Wharton School, Leadership in Innovation from MIT, C-Suite Cloud Advisor from Carnegie Mellon and a recipient of CEO awards for high performance. She also holds an Executive MBA from Symbiosis, Pune and a B.E. from PSG College, Coimbatore, India.
Pawan has over 19 years of experience in varied industries like healthcare and telecom, with expertise in BI, Analytics and Data Engineering. In his previous roles, he has set up large Data and Analytics practices scaling to a team of over 1,000 people. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master's degree in Information Technology.
Subhashini Sriram is responsible for developing and executing Legato’s HR strategy focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR process excellence, and automation initiatives to facilitate a rapidly evolving organization. She has over 25 years of human resources experience in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Legato, she worked for Unisys as the Global HR Leader - Strategy and Transformation.
Subhashini holds a post graduate degree in Industrial Electronics from Bharathidasan University and a management degree from IIM Bangalore.
Sundar (Sunny) Krishnan has been with Legato Health Technologies since January 2018 and has 22+ years of industry experience in managing Operations, Quality, Transition and Transformation, Process Reengineering, implementing new process designs and stakeholder management. Sunny is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Design thinking professional and Scaled Agile Framework expert.
A chartered accountant and an IIM B alumnus, Manoj Ladi has 18 years of experience working with diverse industry sectors like Health Insurance, Information technology, FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, etc. He has handled varied roles in the areas of Finance, HR, Facilities & Administration and Strategic Planning. He has played a key role in setting up the India operations of several large multinational organizations.
Dr. Durga Prakash (DP) comes with over 23 years of experience in software and global delivery operations, mainly in the areas of Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He has led large India-based offshore delivery teams in software, data, and support functions. DP holds a Doctoral degree and Master’s degree in Information Technology.
Prasad has over 21 years of experience in Software and product development. He has worked for over 15 years with various BlueCross BlueShield Health Payers and delivered large AO/ SI Legacy Modernization and Complex SI Transformational programs including Architecture, Solution and Delivery by leveraging Mainframe / Java / J2EE / custom development technologies. Prasad is an alumnus of IIM-Lucknow and holds an M-Tech degree from IIT-M.
Harish Kumar has over 17 years of experience in managing procurement function for large corporations. In his earlier roles, Harish has successfully set up procurement functions driving large-scale savings. An IIM B alumnus and MBA from Indian Institute of Materials Management, Harish is a strong believer in giving back to society.
Neeraj Sharma is a senior IT Infrastructure Professional with nearly two decades of global experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, and Hybrid Cloud for Captives and Start-ups. In his previous roles, he was responsible for spearheading the global IT Infrastructure functions for diverse industries including IT, IT Enabled Services, Pharmaceuticals & Investment Banking.
Sanjeev cumulates over 25 years’ experience in fields such as real estate, facility management, administration and transport operations. He served in the Indian Army for 14 years before joining the corporate world. Prior to joining Legato, he was the head of Workplace Services, APAC at Northern Operating Services Pvt. Limited. In his current position Sanjeev is responsible for the strategic alignment and management of Legato’s real estate portfolio, facilities and transport operations.
Anand is responsible for accelerating Legato’s commitment to developing and implementing Legato India’s Compliance Program. He has more than 28 years of experience with expertise in managing Operational Risk & Compliance program, handling distributed large operations across locations, enabling work migration using six-sigma methodology and more. Anand previously served as Vice President of Ethics & Compliance at Fidelity Investments in Bangalore, India. He is an alumni of Delhi University.
Sudha is responsible for building a collaborative culture by enabling Legal to become a strategic partner to the business. She has more than 23 years of experience with specialties in complex contract transaction negotiation and management, corporate affairs, regulatory compliance, and more. Sudha previously served as Vice President, Legal at Hinduja Global Solutions Limited in Bangalore, India. She holds an MBL in Business Law from National Law School of India University.
Ramon has more than 25 years of management experience with expertise in the areas of business operations, customer relationship management, and P&L management obtained from multinationals such as Accenture, Dell, Pru Life UK, and Allstate Life. Prior to Legato, Ramon led United Healthcare’s business in the Philippines as the country head for business operations – call center and clinical.
Ed has over 16 years of experience in operations handling multiple verticals in technology, telecommunications, retail, and health care. The last eight years of his career was with Accenture under the health tower managing UM intake operations, care coordination, claims recovery, refund adjudication, provider appeals, and correspondence.
Dr. Salin has over 19 years of experience in various areas of health insurance, including an initial stint in active clinical practice. He was previously with UnitedHealth Group, where he led the utilization management delivery teams from the Philippines and India. His medical background provides direct experience in patient care, medical education, patient safety, quality improvement, risk management, utilization management, and payment integrity in a variety of healthcare settings.
Irish is responsible for leading capabilities and delivering client value through process improvement, analytics, and automation. He brings over 18 years of operations management expertise, with 10 years in the contact center industry and 8 years in the health administration and health management fields. Irish has held leadership responsibilities servicing accounts in the Philippines, North America, and India.
Andrew has experience in procurement function leadership, category management, negotiations, supplier development, systems deployment & change management. He gained his experience in organizations like Bayantrade, Citiank, and Accenture Philippines where he was the Procurement Head. He also served as a trustee of the Philippine Institute for Supply Management.
Jim is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience. Jim started his career at SGV & Co. (Ernst & Young Philippines) as an Auditor. He moved to the Maersk Group where he eventually became Country Finance Manager. He was also Vice President for Finance at Deutsche Bank, Head of Center Support at Bayer, and most recently, Finance Director at Carlson.
Rae has more than 25 years of experience in the HR function. Prior to Legato, she was the Philippines Site HR Lead for Maersk Global Shared Services where she handled the local HR function and some long-term global transformation projects. She also served as the HR Director for Integreon responsible for setting-up the end-to-end HR processes for the Philippines, Japan and Hong Kong operations, and as the Director for Recruitment in Convergys.
Ronald has over 15 years of IT management experience. Prior to joining Legato, he was Senior IT Operations Manager for an outsourcing company, where he was responsible for supporting 12 centers with over 16,000 employees and 13,500 seats. He graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering and holds certifications in MCSE and ITIL V3 Foundation. He is also a Certified Unicenter Administrator (CUA) from Computer Associates, Inc.
Ding is a business and technical manager with over 30 years of experience in facilities management and service delivery. He has led the formulation and implementation of crisis management and business continuity measures to ensure that health and safety issues are identified, mitigated and resolved. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Rizal Technological University and a certification in Facilities Management from the University of the Philippines.
Tence leads the Iloilo site of Legato Philippines. With over 18 years of experience, her leadership has served instrumental in building a strong foundation for Legato Iloilo’s growth. She has also been awarded as Legato Philippines' Top Employee in 2020.
Tence completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and has also been awarded the CEO Choice Award Winner for Lean Six Sigma Project in 2013.
Mitch’s expertise is in risk management, compliance management, audit, information/IT security, and operations management gained from various industries. Prior to Legato, Mitch held senior roles at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), ICTSI, Wipro, QBE, Arvato Bertelsmann, Shearwater Health, and Sodexo.
George has over 16 years of professional corporate security experience in various industries such as property development, global delivery center, ITBPM, security guarding, and telecommunications. Prior to Legato, he served as Head of the Asset Protection Division of PLDT, and as Security and Safety Manager of Sun Cellular and Digital.
In 2019, he was recognized by the Philippine Society for Industrial Security (PSIS) as the Outstanding Certified Security Professional (CSP) of the year.
Romil leads and helps strengthen Legato’s drive for growth. With over 19 years of leadership and project management experience, he has helped international organizations deliver operational efficiency and strive for continuous improvement.
Romil completed his post-graduate studies in the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from St. Paul University, Tuguegarao City. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Anna recently joined Legato Health Technologies Ireland as Director for Product Management where the focus is on improving the health of humanity through simplifying the healthcare journey with advanced analytics and ArtificiaI Intelligence. Before this, Anna led the development of a Food Risk platform that quantifies supply chain risk for clients in the US Food industry. Anna is a lifelong learner and has recently returned to education to study Design Innovation.
Tom provides Human Resources support to the Legato Ireland team, focusing on building a values-based, inclusive culture. He held senior HR leadership roles in Hi Tech companies for over 20 years with both global and local responsibilities.
A Master’s Degree holder in Human Resources, Tom is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD).
Paul heads up the Finance and Procurement functions at Legato. He held senior Finance, Procurement, and IT roles in pharmaceutical and technology companies, most recently as Finance and IT Director at Avara Pharmaceutical Services. He has broad experience including large-scale investments, divestments, procurement, business planning, and project management. Paul is a Charted Management Accountant (ACMA/GCMA) having qualified from the Emile Woolf College of Accountancy in London.
Tomas leads operations at Legato Health Technologies Ireland. Over the last 15 years, he has held senior facilities roles in the technology sector and most recently was an assignment at Apple. He managed large-scale facilities, IT, and data center projects throughout Europe and spent over five years working on various projects in London underground. Tomas graduated in Electronic Engineering from Munster Technological University, Ireland.
