JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for leading the development and implementation of product strategies for an enterprise-wide product line

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for defining and managing the scope of business requirements, including defining and non-functional requirements for AI products

Primary responsibilities of this position with moderate to advanced complexity and potential enterprise-wide scale may include, but are not limited to:

• Being the Compliance lead and subject matter expert for Legato in Ireland, and owning the Legato Ireland Compliance Program
• Managing or overseeing projects, initiatives, regulatory audits or exams, internal audits, accreditations, on-site reviews, risk assessments; and assisting in audit readiness
• Leading compliance monitoring to identify process gaps, validating compliance levels, mapping processes, creating corrective action plans, and preparing reports or presentations for leadership
• Implementing and ensuring adherence to Corporate Ethics, Privacy, and Compliance standards, which may include drafting, and adopting policies and procedures to support the business

• At least three (3) years of health care, regulatory, ethics, or technology compliance experience in a corporate setting
